Maintenance of Production Line Labeling Machine Series

Production Line Labeling Machine is widely used in packaging lines,cooperating with pillow type packaging machine,filling machine,printers,and so on.It can be found in food,daily chemical,electronics,pharma industries.As a part of the packaging process,it is very necessary to do maintenance.

Running Environment:Operate in room temperature,avoid long time running in high temperature,damp and acid/alkaline environment.

Cleanliness:Clean the machine with alcohol;Do not use corrosive plastic tools;Do not use acidic solution.

Daily Maintenance:

① Disconnect the line cord after daily production.

② Clean the equipment surface.

③ Check and fasten loose screws.

④ Add motor oil periodically.

⑤ Stop to do above maintenance after continuous running for 10 hours.

⑥ Operate according to the instruction manual.

Periodical check and maintenance including:

① Clean label scraps and dust.

② Clean the oil residue.

③ Clean the sensor and touch screen with soft brush or cloth.

④ Change the fuse periodically.

⑤ Check and change the wearing parts periodically.
